Effective Date: 10/10/2024

Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information that is received and collected by Soccer24 and how it is used.

1. Information We Collect

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.

8. Third-Party Social Media Data (SoccerPost cross-posting)

SoccerPost, the cross-posting feature within Soccer24, enables football content creators to connect their own TikTok, Instagram and Facebook accounts to publish posts across networks. This section describes what data we access and how we handle it.

What we collect when you connect a TikTok account

  • Your TikTok open_id and display name (via the user.info.basic scope), so we know which account to publish to.
  • OAuth access and refresh tokens, so we can publish on your behalf and refresh access before expiry.
  • Publish status returned by the TikTok Content Posting API (success / failure / processing), so we can retry or show you errors.

What we do NOT collect

  • Your TikTok password. SoccerPost uses OAuth — the password never touches our servers.
  • The videos you have already posted from TikTok itself or from other apps.
  • Your TikTok followers, follow-graph or private messages.
  • Any data of TikTok users other than yourself.

How we store it

Access tokens and refresh tokens are stored encrypted at rest in our infrastructure. They are used only to call the official TikTok Content Posting API endpoints (/v2/post/publish/video/init/, /v2/post/publish/status/fetch/). We never sell, share, or repurpose this data.

How to revoke access

You may revoke SoccerPost's access to your TikTok account at any time by visiting tiktok.com/setting/apps. Once revoked, we will delete your tokens within 30 days. You may also request immediate deletion by emailing alekla0126@gmail.com.

Same principles for Instagram & Facebook

The same policy applies to Instagram and Facebook accounts you connect: only OAuth tokens are stored, only the official Graph APIs are used, and access can be revoked from your Meta account settings at any time.
