Welcome to Soccer24. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Soccer24 website and mobile application (the "Service") operated by The Alchemist Code ("us", "we", or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Use of Service
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates any applicable local or international law or regulation.
3. Social Media Publishing
Soccer24, part of The Alchemist Code app portfolio, uses the official TikTok Content Posting API, Instagram Graph API and Facebook Graph API as an internal tool to publish our own promotional and match-content videos to our own official accounts (@the_alchemist_code on TikTok, @thealchemistcode on Instagram, and the The Alchemist Code page on Facebook). This is not a service offered to third parties — we do not connect or publish to any account other than our own.
4. Accounts on Soccer24
When you create an account with us, you guarantee that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Some parts of the Service may be billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis as described during your sign-up process.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Alejandro Lagunes and its licensors. Unauthorized use of this intellectual property is prohibited.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
8. Deleting Your Account
You may request to delete your account by following the steps outlined on the Delete Account page. Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any remaining data associated with your account will be removed according to our data retention policy.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
